RAMs App (rams-app.co.uk) is a solid, consultant-backed template platform — and its £449 +VAT annual Unlimited bundle with training and retained advice suits plenty of firms. But three things send its users shopping: document caps on the lower tiers (the Starter tier runs 1–12 RAMS), opaque pricing (monthly figures aren't published in accessible form; team/AI features are quote-only), and output length — in our like-for-like test its generic hazard library turned a one-day boiler job into a 36-page document. Which alternative fits which complaint
