Where RAMs App is the better pick

Honestly: if you produce high volumes across many H&S document types (COSHH, manual handling, toolbox talks, policies), want consultant-written library content you assemble yourself, and value the bundled training and advice line, the £449/yr Unlimited plan is a coherent package. RamsDocs is younger, narrower, and built around a different bet — that the hard part isn't accessing a library, it's getting a site-specific document a principal contractor accepts without rework.
